To all Signature Art Prize entrants...
Thanks again for being a part of the Signature Art Prize 2015, and congratulations to all who have made the initial selection. Please find below important dates relating to the prize, and more useful information.
Tuesday 10th February - Second round of judging in which our judges will select 5 finalists from each category. All entrants can expect to hear by Friday 13th February whether they have been selected as a finalist to exhibit at the gala.
Monday 16th February - The People's Choice Award opens for votes. All entries not selected for the final will be entered automatically into the award. The public will vote for their favourite piece via social media and the piece with the highest votes from each category will be announced and included in the exhibiton at the gala.
Thursday 19th March* - Gala event. Install will take place from 8am on the morning of the event at our venue on 133-135 Bethnal Green Road. The invitation only event will then take place that evening, after which the exhibition will move to the well-known DegreeArt.com Gallery located at 12a Vyner Street.
Friday 20th March - Sunday 19th April - Winners Exhibition. The work of the four category winners, plus overall People's Choice Award winner, who will chosen on the night of the gala via a ballot, will remain on display and open to the public for a month.
